- I am a native Texan, born and raised in the great state where everything is bigger and better. As proud as I am of my heritage, I haven't left my heart there because it followed my husband to Chattanooga, TN which has become our home. While part of me will always be in Texas with my family, I cannot be happier with where God has taken and directed our lives. I am a proud mother of a beautiful little boy and am unashamedly, wildly in love with my husband. I am admittedly the worst of sinners but overwhelmed to be saved by the mercy of Jesus Christ. This little blog is for anyone who cares to read it, but is most importantly to help document my family's life together so that one day, when I look back in my empty children's baby books, I cannot feel too badly because I kept some of the memories here.
